Our current IT support cost is expensive and is provided by more than one company. How do you compare?

We provide fixed cost packages, where the cost can be spread over 12 months. We offer comprehensive support so there is no need to have more than one support company. In addition all new PC's Servers and Monitors come with a 3yr on-site warranty as standard.

Some staff would like to access the system from home or while abroad. Is that possible?

Using Microsoft web working makes it possible for any user to access their own PC from any Internet connected PC with a web browser, and allows them to work as if they were in the office. This is achieved using a totally secure encrypted connection for extra peace of mind.

We want our mobile users to receive company email on their smart phones or PDA's. Can you sort this out for us?

Secure Push email is a feature of Microsoft's Small Business Server. Once setup, staff can receive and send email from their phones and see this in Outlook when they return to the office.

We have staff who move from section to section and we need their email and settings to move with them.

Roaming Profiles allow users to operate from any PC on the network. When they login they get there own desktop , email and documents as if they were at their own workstation.

I am concerned that people may be able to hack into our systems and that staff have access to undesirable Internet sites.

All our systems come with a hardware firewall, more efficient than simple software firewalls. These protect against unwanted intruders and can limit access to undesirable websites.

We don't have a reliable backup system.

All our servers have a dual backup system. Using both Tape Backup and Hard disk backup means data can be stored and recovered quickly. In addition we can help you formulate a disaster recover plan.
